The pace hasn’t slowed, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

The last week has been a mix of aviation tech, coaching systems, and pure creative tinkering. Three different worlds, one through-line: building for the sake of curiosity, shipping for the sake of imperfect action.

Aviation

I’ve been designing a conceptual website for Empty Leg Charters — exploring how to make private-jet inventory feel elegant, clear, and fast to search.

The big question to test: if we package and position private charter with up to 90% discounts, can we tap into a new demographic of flyers?

At the same time, I’ve been shaping a new PPC campaign for our B2C Charter Marketplace.

One Task Today

My accountability coaching venture is almost ready. The site is about 90% complete, and the pilot offer goes live this Saturday.

Simple goal: help founders escape planning paralysis, stop leaving potential on the table and find focus through disciplined accountability.

For Fun

Because not everything needs a business case — I built a tiny side-scrolling game on Replit called Ninja Road, with another on the way later this week.

My current high score is 146. Give it your best shot. The next update will include a live global leader board and a few design tweaks for polish.

Reading

I’ve just started If Anyone Builds It, Everyone Dies — a wonderfully bleak take on AI doom and alignment gone wrong.

It’s equal parts terrifying and grounding, a reminder that building responsibly matters just as much as building fast.

Balancing optimism with a little existential dread is always good for the soul.

Reflection

Every build, no matter how small, reminds me why I love this craft — the loop of idea → execution → distribution → iteration.

We spend too long waiting for permission — from bosses, markets, or even ourselves.

But the world isn’t fixed. You can push it, shape it, and something will move.

That’s the beauty of building: you don’t need permission — just curiosity, intent, and the courage to ship.
